How plans work

How plans work Your plan is assembled to fit your business under Settings → Billing. The plan builder The price is made up of four parts. Channels Tick the channels you need: WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Facebook, email, voice, SMS. The website chat widget is free and does not count towards the price. Agents You pay per agent who replies to customers. AI Agent A monthly package of AI replies. You can leave it out and run with agents only, adding AI later. Business volume The tier sets your account limits: - Starter — small business - Growth — medium business - Business — large business Each tier states how many agents, contacts, monthly messages and channels it covers. If your channel and agent choices do not fit the tier, the platform warns you. Add-ons - Bitrix24 — CRM integration with deals and contacts; - Remove branding — hide the KulpunAi logo in the website widget. Trial The trial is a one-off, and its terms depend on whether a plan has been built: - no plan built — 14 days with the website chat widget only, without paid channels and without AI Agent; - plan built — 3 days of full access to the chosen configuration, no card required. After that the plan has to be paid for to keep working. Payment and renewal Settings → Billing shows your current tier, its limits and the next payment date. The renewal button generates a payment link. If card payment is temporarily unavailable, the platform offers to put you in touch with support over WhatsApp or email. Payment history The payment history section lists every transaction: plan payments, AI credit top-ups and WhatsApp credit top-ups. Each shows the amount, date and status — pending, paid, failed or refunded. Changing plan You can rebuild your plan at any time. With an active subscription, switching tiers requires paying for the new one. Limits Current usage of agents, inboxes, contacts and messages is shown in the billing section. The platform warns you as you approach a limit.

AI Agent credits

AI Agent credits Credits are the unit of AI usage. Your balance is under Settings → Billing, in the AI Agent block. What consumes them AI replies Every message the AI Agent handles costs one credit. That covers assistant replies to customers, Copilot suggestions and conversation summaries. Audio transcription Turning a voice message into text costs one credit per transcription. Playground messages consume credits too. Plan quota and purchased credits There are two kinds of credit: - Plan quota — included in your plan. It resets on every subscription payment: anything left over does not carry across. - Purchased credits — bought separately. They do not expire at the end of a paid period and stay on your balance. The interface shows how much of your current balance came from purchased credits. Topping up Click to buy extra credits in the AI Agent block, choose an amount and pay. Credits are added once the payment is confirmed. Document limit Separately from credits, your plan caps how many documents the assistant can learn from. When you reach it, a warning appears: delete documents you no longer need, or change plan. Keeping usage under control - Watch the balance: if it runs out the assistant stops replying and requests go straight to agents. - The Reports → Bot report shows how many conversations the AI handled, which is how you tell whether the spend is worth it. - If credits drain faster than expected, check whether the assistant is attached to a channel carrying a lot of irrelevant traffic.
