Installing
Android
The Kulpunai app on Google Play — package com.kulpunai.app.
iOS
The Kulpunai app on the App Store.
Signing in
- Install the app.
- Sign in with the same email and password you use on the web.
- Allow notifications — without them you will not hear about new requests.
If two-factor authentication is on for your account, you will need a code from your authenticator app.
What is available
- The conversation list with filters;
- Replying to customers, sending photos and files;
- Canned responses;
- Changing conversation status and assigning an owner;
- Labels and private notes;
- Push notifications for new and assigned conversations and for mentions.
Inbox setup, automation, billing and reports are handled on the web.
Notifications
Which notifications you get is configured in Profile Settings on the web. On the phone, also check that notifications are permitted for the app in system settings and that the app is not restricted by battery saving — that is the most common reason notifications stop arriving.
Availability
Remember to switch your status: while you are Online, new conversations will be assigned to you even when you are away from your desk.
